Apsley, Ontario
Limited spots available!
First come, first serve

The Rejuvenate Retreat is designed specifically for women struggling with infertility and/or pregnancy loss. The purpose of this retreat is to bring together women who are on a similar journey and offer a space where they can talk with others who can relate to them, as well as take time to relax in an environment that will nurture friendship. Infertility is an isolating and stressful experience and finding support makes such a big difference. Activities will include crafts, yoga, a wellness talk and a grief counselling session.

Yoga with Jaime

Jaime has been doing yoga for fifteen years.  She completed her yoga teacher training course in October 2011 at Regulus Rising, a private school in Caledon. Through training she was able to look at a number of different yoga methods, styles and teachings which helped to develop her own unique style of teaching. Jaime's goal is to share her love of yoga with others in a way that is fun, relaxing and not intimidating.

Wellness Talk with Cora

What would you do differently if you treated your body with kindness?

During this workshop, Cora Loomis, RD, will introduce you to this inspiring approach and help you identify habit changes that you can (and want to) make over the next months. Bonus: your very own copy of the book Body Kindness by Rebecca Scritchfield to dive into at home.

Cora is a Registered Dietitian currently working in Quebec, Canada. Throughout her 9 years of experience, she has developed an approach that includes all aspects of health and well-being and focuses on the individuality of each person she works with.
